Job Description: We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. You will ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company servers and networks, ensuring high uptime and performance.
Monitor system performance and security, including backups and disaster recovery plans.
Install, configure, and upgrade server software and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, networks, and applications.
Collaborate with IT team members and vendors on IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
