Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Help Desk Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our internal users and clients. You will diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues, escalate complex problems as needed, and maintain accurate records of technical support requests.
Responsibilities: Respond to help desk tickets and requests in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
Provide training and support to end users on IT systems and applications.
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
