Blue Sky Corporation was founded in 1999 and engaged in grocery retail and Asian Cuisine business. The focus is quality, innovation and the strive for continuous improvement in attaining the ever-changing shopping standards of the customer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Skillfully slice, trim, and portion various types of meat, poultry, and seafood for retail sale.
2. Debone meat products and prepare them based on specific customer requests or for packaging purposes.
3. Grind meats and prepare specialty items such as sausages, cured meats, and marinated products.
4. Take and fulfill special orders, customizing cuts and preparations as requested.
5. Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming meat deliveries to maintain freshness and quality.
6. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability.
7. Follow health regulations for meat handling and waste disposal, ensure compliance with safety standards in meat processing and storage areas.
8. Safely operate meat cutting and processing equipment, perform regular maintenance and cleaning of all equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Completion of secondary school; higher education will be an asset.
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
3. Excellent knowledge of safety, health rules, and quality controls.
