Terms of Employment: Full-time Permanent, Weekdays

Language: English 

Wages: $30 per hour for 35 hours per week (Bi-weekly pay)

Overtime Rate: overtime rate of $ 45 per hour after 40 hours of work per week

Benefits: will be according to BC Employment Standard Act & 4% vacation pay, plus paid Statutory Holiday

As a Window Installer, you will perform the following duties:

Provide customer service.

• Install prefabricated windows in residential and commercial areas, ensuring accurate measurement.

• Interpret blueprints and specifications for correct installation.

• Mark precise guidelines for fitting.

• Maintain and repair window installations.

• Clean windows to maintain clarity and cleanliness.

• Schedule and complete installations timely with client coordination.

• Comply with local codes for safety.

• Install, repair, replace window coverings according to work order.

• Set up scaffolding or ladder if required or other working platforms. 

Job Requirements

Experience: 

· Minimum : 7 months to 1 year as Window Instar is required.

Education:

• Minimum completion of High School diploma 

Other Information: The position is available and open to Aboriginals, youth, and new immigrants.

Work Conditions: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the daytime.
