Production Supervisor

Wage: $27.00/hr

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff for producing, packaging, and delivering our goods and products.
• Maintain the record of inventory for the ingredients, materials, and supplies.
• Follow up for the maintenance of the materials.
• Prepare production and other reports, such as quality control/safety/pricing.
• Establish methods to meet work and delivery schedules with coordinating work activities with other departments and wholesalers.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Participate in hiring meetings, meetings with vendors/suppliers/wholesalers, if needed.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy.

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.

• Minimum one  year of experience in the feild is required.
