Tasks :
Managing work agenda and schedules
Assigning duties to sales associates
Hiring and training associates
Handling merchandise including placing ordes
Preparing reports on sales volumes,inventories and merchandise
Resolving issues that may arise,including customer requests/complaints,workplaceconflicts and supply shortage
Making arrangements and confirming appointments with clients
Managing accounts receivable
Supervision : 3-4 people
