The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for defining the company’s vision and strategic objectives, forming key departments, and appointing senior leadership. They manage resource allocation, enforce financial and administrative controls, and oversee marketing campaigns and personnel planning. The CEO recruits and oversees middle management and executive staff, represents the company in negotiations and official events, and appoints representatives as needed. They also track company performance, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethics, and promote innovation and continuous improvement, keeping abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
