Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Conducting data analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Developing and presenting detailed reports and recommendations.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of business solutions.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis using various tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
