1444088 B.C. LTD is well known in the industry for its demolition & renovation work. We are a fast growing company in BC, Canada. We are currently in need of an individual to work as a Carpenter (Full-Time) and help take our company, situated in Surrey, BC, Canada to a next level.

Salary: $30.00/ hour for 32 hours per week
Language: English
Education: Secondary (High) School Graduate.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the same or related field.
Location: 6713 132 St, Surrey, BC, V3W 4L7
Main Duties:
- Analyze blue prints, illustration, and drafts to identify specifications and compute necessities for the building projects.
- Partner with other construction authorities and skilled workers to make certain that projects are finalized efficiently and in accordance to the stipulated specifications.
- Calculate, cut, sculpt, assemble and join wooden materials, wooden substitutes, and lightweight steel and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Install and Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Setup structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, stairs, molding and hardware, as well as fixtures like cabinets, doors, and trim.
- Repair and renovate the existing structure, including replacing parts.
- Survey building locations and levels and ensure safety and compliance.
- Supervise apprentices and other construction workers.
- Preparing Estimate costs and materials list.
- Be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.
