Permanent Position: Framing Carpenter
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)
Wage Rate: $29.00 per hour (40 hours per week)

Education: High School is an asset.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar industry.
Language: Basic English.
Job Duties:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials precisely to meet building specifications.
- Using both hand and power tools, construct, install, and fix frameworks such as floors, walls, and doorframes.
- Install buildings and fixtures, such as doors, windows, and hardware, in accordance with the building designs and blueprints.
- Make sure the materials are positioned and fitted firmly to maintain the building's structural integrity.
- Make sure carpentry tools and equipment are kept in good operating order by giving them regular maintenance and upkeep.
- Plans, drawings, and examine specifications and interpreted to determine project requirements and plan layout.
Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
