Office Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondences, invoices, and reports.
• Coordinate office activities and operations within the department and organization to flow information internally.
• Determine and establish administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.) from external vendors.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting with customers.
• Create and update records and databases with customers, vendors, and other data.
• Maintain information filing system as per company policy. Supervision of new staff if required.
• Arrange travel schedules and reservations.
