JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resource Administrator at Designery Media Ltd. will execute a range of administrative tasks that specifically support the human resources functions within the organization. This role will contribute to the effective operation of HR processes.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30Hrs Full-Time

WAGE: $30/Hour

JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Human Resource Administrator at Designery Media Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of HR-related documents, such as correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update manual and computerized filing and registration systems, and compile and prepare reports and documents relating to personnel activities
- Manage incoming regular and electronic HR-related correspondence, ensuring timely distribution.
- Coordinate the flow of HR information internally and with other departments and external organizations.
- Schedule and confirm HR-related appointments and meetings.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and gatherings.
- Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Respond to telephone and written enquiries from staff and the general public regarding personnel matters
- Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for HR-related information.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures, particularly related to HR functions.
- Record and prepare minutes of HR-related meetings.
- Compile HR-related data, statistics, and other information to support research activities as needed.
- Participate in organizing HR-related conferences and events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience working in an HR related field is required.
