Hiring Tilesetters supervisor

- Salary32.10 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per Week

Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- or equivalent experience
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties are below:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, , and painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties.
- Encourage methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Order materials and supplies
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Implement personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
- Prepare work progress reports, manage the operations of own company
- May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
