Job Title: Electrician Helper (NOC 75110)

Terms of Employment: 30-40 hours per week, Full-time/ Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage: $28.85 per hour

Overtime: 1.5 times the regular pay for every hour exceeding 40hrs/week

Benefits:  As per company policy

Vacation Pay: 10 days paid vacation per year.

Work setting: Various locations, Commercial and Residential

Job  Duties:

• Assisting senior electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, outlets, breakers, appliances, lights, fans, etc.
• Using, supplying, or holding materials or tools for electricians
• Measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Cleaning work area and equipment
• Help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed.

Education:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma

Experience:

• Will train.

Language

• Basic English is required.
