Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to ensure efficient work schedules
- Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff preparing and portioning food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role
- Languages: Fluent in English

Supervision:
- Supervising a team of 16-20 people
