Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour (negotiable)
Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week
Terms: Permanent, Full-time

Overview:
Dairy Queen Charlottetown is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills to oversee our food service operations.
Qualifications:
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Work Setting:
- Food service establishment
- Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Order and manage food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire and onboard new food service staff
- Ensure food and service quality control standards are met
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Supervise assembly and delivery of food trays
Supervision:
- Oversee a team of 16-20 employees
