Job Duties: 

1. Greet visitors and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and professional environment; Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
3. Manage calendars for executives and staff, scheduling meetings and appointments, including coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials.
4. Gather and organize data from various sources for reporting and analysis, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
5. Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, create and maintain efficient filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
6. Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
7. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and format before distribution.
8. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for staff and executives.
9. Plan, organize, and execute company seminars, conferences, and other events; Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to take accurate and comprehensive notes.
10. Assist in the development and monitoring of company budgets, track and report on expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
11. Oversee the administration of contracts with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
12. Collect and analyze employee data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
13. Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.

Qualifications:
1. Completion of High School.
2. Proven 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
