Job Description:
- Define company goals and endorse policies and initiatives
- Oversee the creation of key departments and appoint senior personnel
- Allocate resources effectively to execute policies and initiatives; establish financial and administrative checks
- Approve promotional strategies and oversee personnel planning
- Recruit middle managers, directors, and other executives
- Ensure coordination among various company segments
- Act as company representative or appoint delegates for negotiations and official engagements

- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years to less than 5 years experienced required
