Job summary:

 Salus Fresh Foods is providing fresh and healthy foods in different locations across GTA, Ontario.

Everyday our team is slicing, dicing, roasting, marinating, saucing, and having fun while ensuring that every meal is fresh, simple, and delicious.

We are looking for a full time permanent Food Service Supervisor. We are looking for someone with two to three years of experience.

 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school certificate
• At least 2 years of experiences
• Familiar with workflow of food services industries
• Excellent communication skills and client focused.
• Highly organized and excellent team work.

Job Type:

 Permanent Full-time

 Salary:

$29.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Flexible hours will be considered.

 Location:

 2 Queen Street East, Toronto, ON, M5C 3G7
