Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction tasks under supervision, including site prep, material handling, and structure assembly.
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Assist equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities.
- Level earth to fine grade specifications
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Participate in interior and exterior finishings, ensuring high-quality completion.
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
- Maintain clean and safe work sites, adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
