Responsibilities

Task

  • Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports, and related material.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, parking and maintenance services.
  • Determine current and future staffing needs, create and publish job notices and advertisements, and gather and review applications.
  • Examine candidate databases and reach out to potential applicants to schedule interviews and facilitate transfers.
  • Determine and establish office procedures as per the management request.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone and email, and transfer calls and messages.
  • Maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Plan and verify employer meetings and appointments.
  • Take notes and draft meeting minutes.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Prepare periodic reports, manuals and reports as per the management’s request.
  • May gather data, statistics, and additional information to support research activities.
  • May organize business events.
