Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and welcoming service.
- Inform customers about promotional offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare sales or service invoices and receipts for customers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of convenience store items.
- Replenish stock and ensure shelves are organized and well stocked.
- Assist with the display of merchandise, ensuring attractive presentation and proper signage.
- Keep track of sales records and perform inventory control activities.
- Utilize computerized systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and reordering.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
