 Hotel Front Desk

  • Salary: 17:00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week
  • Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, handling reservations and payment transactions.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival.
  • Process wake-up calls, messages, and other guest service requests accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, inputting data into computer systems, and generating reports.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures, including security protocols and privacy guidelines.
