Responsibilities
Tasks
• Manage and direct the sales team, service advisors, and other staff members.
• Authorize payments and return of merchandise.
• Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• Assist sales staff in closing deals, handling negotiations, and providing product knowledge to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, order new vehicles, and ensure that the dealership has a sufficient stock of cars and accessories are part of their duties.
•Supervise and coordinate activities of sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and work to improve sales processes.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory.
•Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to improve their skills and knowledge of products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and events to attract customers and increase sales.
• Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
•Establish work schedules, hire, and train staff.
