Salary: $52.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Designing techniques and exploring opportunities for developing our own pizza brand.
- Identifying training needs, providing sales training programs, coaching team members, and enhancing their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and financial budgets to the executive team.
- Taking charge of the sales team, offering direction, inspiration, and assistance to attain both individual and collective performance goals.
- Maintain a strong performance framework for sales engineers, sales managers and marketing staff setting the bar for excellence.
- Guide and inspire a diverse team, fostering professional growth and collaborative problem-solving.
- Establish relationship with new corporate clients, meeting city /municipal officials for securing government projects, and other business owners.
- Develop and maintain a clear organizational and marketing plan for business growth. Revise this plan periodically based on the direction of growth and financial capabilities of the company.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in sales and sales management is crucial.
- Strong leadership and management skills are essential for guiding and motivating the sales team.
- Understanding budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation within the sales department. The budgetary responsibilities lie between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
