Wellgroomed Designs Inc. is a premier wedding couture and evening wear boutique dedicated to providing exquisite designs and unparalleled service to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager, Sales to lead our team and drive the success of our boutique. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from sales and customer service to operations and staff management. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact in the wedding and evening wear industry.

Salary: $42.00 hourly / 32 hours per week

Language: English

Education: A university degree or college diploma.

Experience: 2 to 3 years, in the same or related field.

 General Manager Sales (NOC: 00014) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Manage day to day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Plan marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to drive business growth and enhance the boutiques reputation.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams of sales associates and support staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
•  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Represent the company, or delegate the representatives of the company in negotiations or other promotional campaigns like fashion shows. 
• Coordinate the work of all the departments and allocate material, human and financial resources to implement policies set by the company.

 Experience and Specialization: must have technical knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.

Area of Specialization: Operations management, sales, Development, Brand Management.
