Tasks |
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and services. Schedule, confirm and follow up services. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Provide excellent customer service. Answer electronic enquiries from clients and suppliers regarding invoices and credits. Maintain the inventory up to date. Compile data, statistics and other information. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Data entry Follow Health and Safety standards. |
