Job Title: Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

Location: 320 Main Street North, Suite 14, Brampton, ON L6V 4A3, Canada

 Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

Tasks

• Deliver program services adhering to EYES Child Behavior Guidelines and Child Care and Early Years Act standards
• Design and execute childcare programs fostering physical, emotional and social growth in children
• Evaluate children's abilities, interest and requirements, communicate progress and concerns with parents and
• colleagues.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's holistic development.
• Maintain accurate records of child's progress and milestones and discuss it at staff meetings
• Continuously engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Supervise Early childhood educator assistant and other staff members to facilitate better engaging learning
• experience for toddlers and other kids
• Lead age-appropriate activities like storytelling, educational games, local outings and creative expression session
• Assess the abilities, interests and needs of children and create a nurturing environment for the kids
