Responsibilities
Establish methods to meet work schedules and manage any staff absences; Plan, organize, schedule shift and manage the daily operations to enhance overall customer experience; Keep track of inventory, maintenance, sales and waste; Guarantee that both food and service adhere to quality control standards; Estimate the necessary ingredient and supplies for meal preparation; Supervise and co-ordinate staff activities on daily basis; Resolving customer complaints and addressing to customer feedback in timely manner; Doing quality audits on regular basis and supervise staff who prepare food; Making arrangements with food suppliers and other supplies; Evaluate the performance of staff members and inspire them to strive for optimal efficiency; Monitor compliance with safety and health regulations and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store.
