Responsibilities
Tasks
- Prepare dough for various kinds of breads, pizza, buns and sweet goods.
- Keep records of the production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.
- Ensure the quality of products and meet the expectations of the customers.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Organize and maintain inventory, purchase baking supplies.
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- Schedule staff, inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Draw up production schedules.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters.
