Duties

  • Established objectives for plant management staff and key production players.
  • Authorized and organized the establishment of major departments for project support.
  • Allocated resources to conduct pre-safety start-up reviews and support operating procedures constructions.
  • Formulated and approved promotional campaigns for training operational staff on new facilities and equipment.
  • Selected construction teams on project execution at the manufacturing site.
  • Coordinated construction teams to ensure adherence to corporate standards.
  • Represented the company, issuing progress and final project reports to Corporate Business in project negotiations or other official functions.
