Responsibilities
Oversee administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations; Coordinate office resources and manage supply inventory; Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; Maintain office budget and expense records; Implement and enforce office policies and procedures; Handle correspondence and communication within the office; Organize files, documents, and records for easy retrieval; Supervise maintenance and upkeep of office equipment; Assist with HR tasks such as hiring, onboarding, and employee relations; Liaise with vendors, clients, and external partners; Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents; Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients promptly and effectively
