Assist clients and guest with special needs; Coordinate and lead the response to emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches; Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of all security guards on site; Hire the new staff and provide guidance, training and direction to them; Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, computer operating system and protocols; Ensure that security staff follows established protocols for various situations; Prepare and submit accurate reports to higher management regarding security activities and incidents; Establish work schedules of all security guard and maintain a regular communication with management; Ensure that all security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems, are working properly; Performs supplementary training on a frequent basis for security guards
