Eat Well Ethnic Foods Inc. (DBA: Spice it up foods.) is a Canada-based company. We are for a Packing Supervisor to supervise the packing department.

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time (32hrs/week)

Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate
Experience: 1 to 2 Years of experience in relevant field.

Main Duties:
- Oversee and manage the packing operations within the food packing facility, ensuring that packing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and supervise packing team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of packing staff.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and delegate task efficiently to all units and ensure all members adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of packing materials, such as boxes, labels, and packing supplies, to ensure adequate stock is available for production needs.
- Prepare production and other records of packing activities, production output, inventory levels, and quality control data.
- May need to generate reports as needed to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvements.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of packing activities with overall business objectives.
- Ability to supervise 5 to 10 people.
