The Curry Leaf Restaurant in Calgary, AB is looking for a Ethnic Food Cook in a permanent full time role
Work Location - 1200 37 Street SW suite 28 Calgary, AB T3C 1S2
Wages- 17.00 to 18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
