Experience: One or more years of experience is required
Specific Skills: Ensure smooth daily operations, including store layout, inventory management, and customer service excellence, Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience, Carry out detailed research to understand consumer preferences for specific car models, features, and price points and services to offer customers, Strategically select merchandise and services to meet market demands and sales targets, Implement competitive pricing and credit policies to drive revenue and profitability, Negotiate with lenders to secure attractive financing deals for customers including determining interest rates, down payment requirements, and loan terms that are competitive and accessible to a range of buyers, Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers, Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make adjustments to meet financial goals, Recruit, hire, and provide ongoing training and supervision to staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
