Marketing Coordinator at Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’

Employer: Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’

Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’ is a consulting agency providing both immigration and education consulting services. Currently, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who has in depth knowledge in marketing and communications strategies to promote Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’ in Canada and overseas. He/ She will perform marketing activities to support Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’.

Position: Marketing Coordinator                                      

Wage: $32.00 – $35.00per hour (Depending on working experience)

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Position Available: 1

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay + Five Paid Sick days per year

Job Duties:

• Develop, oversee preparation of and implement marketing strategies and relevant content for direct and digital marketing, and advertising campaigns according to the needs;
• Conduct market research, maintain website, supervise the evaluation of post-campaign data to measure and report marketing and advertising performance to the Director;
• Assess the brand image of ‘Si-Won’, and its services and advice on marketing strategies to promote company awareness in Canada and overseas;
• Assist in the preparation of reports, brochures, presentations, and other material;
• Conduct clients satisfaction surveys on services (in Education and Immigration) provided by ‘Si-Won’ to identify interests of current and future clients;
• Advice on marketing strategies and with approval from the director, communicates marketing strategies to our staffs, so that everyone understands their roles in its implementation;
• With partner agencies and schools, organize and coordinate special events, including workshops and presentations for publicity to promote the company image of ‘Si-Won’ and its service in both education and immigration.

 Qualification:

• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required;
• Team-oriented and great communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Highly creative and attention to detail.
