Required Hotel Clerk Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Oversee the everyday front desk operations.
- Supervise the tasks of hotel clerks engaged in the front desk services such as check in-out, posting guest account charges, pay-outs etc
- Take part in the training of the staff.
- Assign work duties to workers and prepare work schedules with the management/ownership.
- Determine staffing requirements and resolve any issues such as work schedule changes, sick calls, additional staffing requirements.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment and follow all hotel protocols.
- Ensure the front systems and equipment are working properly and maintained
- Maintaining necessary communication with other departments.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Criteria
Education: High School
Work Experience: 7 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position/field is required.
Specific Skills: Flexibility, Team Player, Judgement, Reliability, Organized, Efficient interpersonal skills.
Language: English
Salary: CAD$ 20.00/hour. Full-time permanent position
