Job description:


As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by supervising and supporting Store Outlets Operators on behalf of Hero Certified Burgers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review the operations of Store Outlets servicing Hero Certified Burgers’ customers.
  • Establish inspection schedules and conduct inspections.
  • Visit and inspect assigned Store Outlets with the goal of ensuring proper food preparation, quality and cleanliness.
  • Assist Store Outlets operators in increasing sales and providing high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Store Outlets Operators are following all current policies and procedures communicated by Head Office to preserve the Company’s brand.
  • Oversee Store location openings/renovations and new product roll outs.
  • Train Store Operators in procedures and coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Resolve Store Operator issues and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
  • Monitor and provide performance feedback on new and existing Store locations.
  • Act as a direct link between Head Office and Store Outlets Operators.
  • Participate in regional team meetings to formulate, implement and enforce local policy and procedure for consistency with the Company’s policy and external regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all Company established policies and procedures, including Food Health and Safety. Special projects and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience in the food service industry
  • Previous work experience with Hero Certified Burgers’ store locations or similar food chain preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of Store management experience
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment with a sales focus to drive product
  • Willing to travel within the region on a frequent and regular basis
  • Willing to work a flexible work schedule
  • Strong attention-to-detail, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
