We are currently hiring a full-time Operational Officer - Administration, who will oversee administrative procedures for smooth daily operation of Pho Hoa Restaurant.

Position Title: Operational Officer - Administration
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 1
Wage: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)
Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4 % Vacation Pay & 50% employee discount for the meals at Pho Hoa
Responsibility:
- Supervise and oversee company’s overall administrative and operational procedures and implementation, evaluate, approve new procedures based on targeted development plans and office/restaurant needs;
- Prioritize and assign duties to office staffs and follow up to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines;
- Plan for and approve operational services such as office layout, equipment maintenance, vendors/supplier contracts for all North America region as applicable, food safety & facility inspections, parking, disposal of assets, relocations, security services;
- Oversee policies and procedures of releasing documents or information of requests in compliance with Access to Information Act and Privacy Act.
- Coordinate with the director and prepare budget for the operation and monitor inventory and budget
- Oversee the communication and act as a main contact dealing with vendors/suppliers for all North America region
- Gather data, and prepare, analyze, edit, evaluate, and finalize operational, administrative, and expense reports, contracts, invoices, company policies and manuals related to operational and administrative service, and correspondences.
- Attend meetings, perform relevant administrative duties for the company as needed, and oversee administrative operations in budgeting, contracting and overall operational processes.
Qualification:
- Completion of Secondary School is required;
- A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is preferred but not mandatory;
- At least 4 years of work experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required;
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization and leadership skills;
- Team player and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
