Job description:
Required Baker (NOC 63202):
Job responsibilities are listed below but are not limited to:
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, and bread.
- Designing and improving recipes.
- Responsible for training and supervising baking staff.
- Ensure quality of baked products meets established standards.
- Arranging the display case in an appealing manner.
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
- Ordering baking supplies.
- Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a college program in the field of bakery and 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a related occupation is preferred.
- On-the job training will be provided.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling weight up to 25 lbs.
