Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to develop new strategies.
- Recruit and train new members for the business development team.
- Analyze client or customer feedback to improve the business plan.
- Meet with new stakeholders and maintain relationships with current ones.
- Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and potentially closing new revenue and profit streams.
- Gain an understanding of their client’s market and develop a strategy specific to that market.
- Create, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of sales efforts and anticipate customer needs.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as requested.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a related discipline is required.
- Not less than 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required.
- One must be goal-driven and can contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships and negotiating deals.
- The ability to analyze market trends and data is important for making informed business decisions.
- Demonstrated networking skills and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities are often required.
- Responsible for the supervision of 3-4 people.

Salary: $45.15 per hour for 35 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
