Administrative Officer is required at: Softdev
Job Duties:
Administer and coordinate the administrative procedures and execute the new work procedures
Implement the administrative policies to support and maintain new way of working
Maintain the office inventory and manage the expenses of the company by preparing the spreadsheets for budget controls
Gather data and prepare statistical reports, manuals and summarize the information requested by the clients
Plan and schedule the office services including parking services, relocation, office equipment maintenance and security services
Administer policies and procedures pertaining to handle the queries from the customer and advise the relevant department accordingly.
Maintain the filing system of the company to save the confidential data of the company
Manage calls and email handling, directing among the relevant resolution teams

Experience and Education:
Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years with college, CGEP or other non- university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years/ relevant experienceExperience- 1 year to less than 2 years
Salary, working hours, overtime and vacation pay:
$28.50 CAD Per Hour
Minimum 30 hours per week
(Overtime Rate) $42.75 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
