- Bachelors Degree(Candidates with exp. in relevant field would be given preference)
Experience:
- 0 to 6 months minimum experience

- Noisy, Hot, Work setting, Fast food outlet or concession
Responsibilities:
Contribute to a positive team environment
Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
Follow all operational policies and procedures
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a burrito artist
Supervise Front of house and Back of house team
Train or guide newer or less experienced staff
Answering phone to take pickup orders as well as recording customers information for delivery order
Qualifications and Skills that would be appreciated::
Prior experience in a service-oriented role is desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team-oriented attitude
Ability to comprehend and execute verbal and written instructions
