Position:                           Marketing Coordinator

Duration:                          Permanent, Full-Time

Hours:                               35-40/week

Salary:                               $28.75/hr

Overtime:                         As per provincial standards - $43.13 after 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week

Observed Holidays:        As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 holidays/yr

Education:                        College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:                      1 year to less than 2 years in a similar field

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with the Director of Retention to analyze and synthesize data for enhancing KPIs such as repeat revenue, gross margin, frequency, and units sold.
• Lead the development and execution of email campaigns
• Enhance email campaign effectiveness through ongoing analysis and development of templates, catalog management, Q&A, and targeting strategies.
• Utilize data-driven insights to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving journey performance.
• Coordinate the site update process, including briefing creative and technical teams
• Ensure timely and error-free deployment of site updates.
