Job Title: Painter Helper (NOC 75110)

No of Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment:  Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, Weekend if required)

Wage rate: $23.00 per hour (37.50 hours per week)

Benefits: Relocation expenses & medical insurance for the first 3 months covered by the employer, if required.

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible.

Work Address: 15448 81 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia, V3S 8S5

Candidates are required to work at various locations in Metro Vancouver as per company’s contract.

Education: Not required

Experience: On-Job training will be provided.

Languages: Basic English 

Job Duties:

• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Mix, pour and spread materials.
• Assist painters when necessary.
• Prepare work sites by cleaning, preparing, and mix materials such as paint, varnish, lacquer, and/or other related materials etc.
• Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Follow instructions to ensure safety of the entire team.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed and required.

Additional skills: work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Work Conditions: Physically Demanding, Repetitive tasks.
