Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Conducting thorough market research to understand the demand for truck and forklift training, identifying potential clients such as logistics companies, warehouses, and individuals seeking certification.
  • Creating comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to target demographics, including pricing models, promotional offers, and communication plans.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns across various media, including digital platforms, print media, and outdoor advertising, to promote training programs.
  • Establishing partnerships with industry stakeholders, such as logistics companies, equipment manufacturers, and employment agencies to create referral networks.
  • Setting, monitoring, and achieving sales targets for the training center through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service related issues.
  • Overseeing the creation of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and online content that effectively communicate the training center's offerings.
  • Managing the training center's online presence, including website updates, social media engagement, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Leading and managing a sales and marketing team, providing training, setting objectives, and evaluating performance to ensure team alignment with overall business goals.
  • Analyzing sales data and marketing effectiveness, reporting on ROI, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
