Job description:

L'atelier Beauty and Spa is a top-notch nail salon in Vancouver, British Columbia. We are always on top of the trends in the beauty industry making sure we are trained in the latest techniques and products. We offer all of the leading services, including Lashes, Foot Massage, Manicure, Pedicure, Hair, and Facial.

To expand our business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Nail Salon Supervisor.

We offer: C$21.50/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.  

Work location: P-20 (Unit 20) 999 W Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2W2

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary school.
• Previous working experience in Nails Salon is an Asset.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities at the Nails Spa.
• Handle the spa's daily operations, including opening and closing tasks, evaluating staff performance, and managing customer intake procedures.
• Take care of ordering and keeping track of nail materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Organize the work schedules for Nail Technicians and may perform the duties of workers supervised.
• Keep an eye on service quality, assist clients with special needs, and address work-related issues like customer complaints and emergencies.
• Ensure that all equipment receives regular maintenance for smooth functioning.
• Manage online appointment bookings.
• Help with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
